Add Payment Method
To add a new payment method:
- 1. Go to Account Settings
- 2. Select Payment Methods
- 3. Click Add New Payment Method
- 4. Enter details and save
Payment Issues
Payment Declined?
If your payment is declined:
- Check card details and expiration
- Ensure sufficient funds available
- Verify billing address matches
- Contact bank to authorize
Processing Times
Payment processing varies by method:
- Credit/Debit Cards Instant - 2 days
- Bank Transfer 1-3 business days
- Mobile Money Usually instant
- Digital Wallets Instant
Refunds & Returns
Refund Process
How refunds work:
- 1. Request refund via order history
- 2. Wait for seller approval
- 3. Refund to original payment method
- 4. Allow 5-10 business days
Refund Policy
Refunds available within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
